Using this Trial Database: Search on any of the criteria using the form below. After submitting your search, you can view more records by clicking "See the next XX hits" at the bottom of the search results. After you've clicked through to the last hit (search result), you can click on the "Get entire text version of your query" button. That will bring up a screen with the complete records (as ASCII comma delimited text) for all the plans from your search results.
You can print off the results or save them as a text file to be imported into the software of your choice.
