A Dedicated Email Broadcast Marketing Campaign

Trying to reach your market or generate new prospect leads?

On a very limited basis you now have opportunity to bring your organization’s marketing communications campaign to the members of the Managed Care Information Center.

You already know that email marketing is the most cost-effective ways you can market your organizations products and services.

The most important ingredient, you know, is that the list must be comprised of opt-in or permission email names.

We have begun to provide - on a very limited basis - email broadcast marketing campaigns to the subscribers to the Managed Care Weekly Watch. All subscribers have chosen to receive this popular email newsletter.

The newsletter subscribers are a highly targeted audience of online executives from the health plan and hospital fields, as well as smaller numbers of others including government and pharma.

As you know the trend toward focused online marketing efforts aimed at niche communities has been growing dramatically. The reason we place limits on the number of these broadcasts is that we respect the subscribers’ readership and their time.

The ‘e-blast’ goes on the day and time of your choosing.

You will not be competing with any other broadcast campaign to that list that day. You can appreciate that these special ‘eblasts’ are limited as we don’t want to wear out our welcome with subscribers and to respect subscribers’ privacy.

Here’s how it works: you provide the copy for the email message for our review and approval. You can appreciate that we reserve the right to refuse an offer. We may even suggest modifying a subject line if we believe it may help the package succeed.

You will also be able to track the results of your email campaign including messages delivered to emails that recipients opened and your click through rate or response.

Email broadcast marketing campaigns are based on the Weekly Watch circulation, currently more than 7,200. The regular fee for the email campaign to our members is $2,475. But, right now, for a limited time, you can save $1,237 and pay only $1,238.  Save 50%.

Just keep in mind that as circulation grows, the cost for the campaign will increase. Again, you control the day and time when your campaign is broadcast.

We recommend that your email marketing message must bring the reader to take action. Email sponsor messages that are "institutional" are fine for banks for sales and marketing. Your message should provide the reader with information of real business or professional value.

We offer discounts for frequency. For instance, one client does four a year, two in the spring and another two in the fall.

Be confident in knowing that we abide by and adhere to current spam laws.
